Comments from the President of BPD - and our pledge of service to you.
BPD's
guiding principle is that every financial institution, regardless
of size, deserves the same high level of personalized attention
and technical service when embarking on a design/build project.
Large project or small, specific needs must be met.
We know how financial institutions operate.
We know their facilities' physical needs. We meet those needs every
day by combining an extensive knowledge of banking, business, architecture,
design, construction and real estate. Our comprehensive approach
allows clients to maintain their focus on serving their customers,
with as little or as much involvement in the project as they desire.
You don't have to worry about dealing with and coordinating the
efforts of a variety of engineers, architects, consultants, interior
designers and contractors, that's our job.
We don't begin any planning or design work
without researching our client's needs first. Each plan is
tailored to that client's particular operations, objectives and
concerns.
"On time and on budget" are words
we live by. BPD has minimized
layers of management and staffing levels to be as responsive as
possible, while maintaining extremely reasonable job costs and professional
fees.
We also recognize that our clients are important
members of their local communities with a keen interest in their
local economies. That's why we encourage clients to maximize local
involvement in their projects through the use of local subcontractors,
suppliers and artisans.
Every BPD
project manager is a seasoned professional, and I am personally
involved in every BPD project.
Superior service is my personal pledge to you, and your complete
satisfaction is my goal-now, next week, and 10 years from now.
Call me, and let's talk about meeting your
needs.
